I currently have two ressies at National. One for an Int and one for a full size. We are bringing a couple of large suit cases and I am not sure if they will fit in an Int. If I end up using the Full Size and not cancelling the Int, wil I get charged?
I know this is not the best thing to do, but I dont want to get stuck having to go to the counter at the last minute.

I ended up with 2 reservations by mistake one time, computer glitch. When I checked in to get my car, they saw both of them and asked which one I wanted to use. The other was cancelled with no problem.
I think this mostly depends if you're an Emerald Aisle customer. If you're not, then they do not have access to your credit card. If you are, then you have a credit card on file. Since I'm an EA, I've always canceled any extra ressies before leaving if I'm holding more than one. I do know that they charge a noshow penalty for minivans if not canceled within 5 days ($50). I just never want to find out the hard way that they charge a penalty for other vehicles too.
When I need a full size, I book a full size on emerald reserve. It's usually only a couple of dollars more a day and believe me, it's better to have peace of mind and one less thing to worry about.
