View Full Version : Desperately Seeking CP package 12/24

This is my first post on these forums. I have been reading for about the past month gathering all kinds of information for our upcoming Christmas trip. This is my first experience with CP and I (typically) procratinated too long to get a package for 12/24. When I called last night, there are now no seats for the CP that day. Does that mean there is also no stand-by seating? No one seemed to be able to tell me that. Do I have any other options other than choosing another day? I was told there is no waiting list. I'm feeling a little bummed. :sad2: Thanks for any help you can give me!

What I believe they mean by that is that the dinner packages booked are taking up all of the seating. If this is true, they possibly will not be letting anyone into general seating.

If this is the case, you can try a couple things. One, you could try calling every day, trying to get a CP package. Two, you can arrive early and stand in the back, in the center. Actually, we decided not to do a CP package this year, and we're going to arrive early and stand in the back. You actually get a very good view this way, you see more of the whole "tree" image created by the costumes. :)

Thank you so much - IT WORKED! Today was my third day of calling and this morning I got a package for the 8:15 show and dinner at 5pm at Morocco! I've never eaten there. Any comments on meals there?

We just ate there last week for a late lunch - at first the waiter said we could choose from either menu, then came back and said just lunch(it was 3:00). I never did look at the dinner menu, but I'm sure you can find it online. Our group tried both the beef and chicken kebobs, and loved them- a little spicey, almost like a spicey bar-b-q sauce on them. Someone had the lamb dish and she didn't care for it. Our teenagers weren't into trying anything new, so I asked for the kids menu- they each got chicken fingers. We left there saying we would definitely be back. Hope this helps!
