...we see The Incredibles 2? I think this movie is just built for a series - if Disney and Pixar both want to play ball (not that they have to).

My personal feeling is that Pixar will come back to Disney. They are not getting any takers elsewhere.

It seems like it's wide open for a sequel, but it'll be Disney/Pixar or Disney only. I believe Disney owns the characters, not Pixar.

Brad Bird, director of Incredibles, says there are no plans right now for an Incredible's Sequel. However, disney is planning to go under way with a Toy Story 3, with or without Pixar.
