Can someone please tell me the email for milesource and mypoints...

As some of you know, I have been having nothing but problems with milesource. In my opinion, milesource should reward me for my patience with them, but that will never happen. I tried emailing milesource through their site where it says contact us, underlined in blue. Well, I just checked my sent messages (it records all messages sent under my email in the house) and no messages have been sent to milesource at all, after all the emails I have sent them, I cannot believe not one has actually been emailed to them. So, that will be added to my list when I finally get to email them. If anyone would be so kind as to provide me with their email, that would be fantastic.

I don't know the email for milesource, there is a phone number somewhere that you can call and talk to someone named stephanie, I will see if I can find it for you.

I just went to the milesource site to try and find their # and haven't yet, but I did find a contact them form. Click on Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the home page and then scroll down to Contacting the Website and there will be a link that says click here. Click on that and it will bring up a form for you to fill out and submit. Maybe that will get to them.

If that's the form you fill out and provide info such as member id and password, etc. that is the form I had filled out previously and it was never received. It said once it was sent that I should receive a email from them within a couple of hours. I emailed them about 4 times, and not once did I get a confimation email, not once. So, that is why I was searching for a more direct email address that I can track easier then the "form" they have to fill out.

ChisJo I have always used the contact us email address and got through (although response time is incredibly slow). If this is a problem with redemptions email me...I might be able to help.
