I am currently deciding on one of two resales....still. For those following my traumas it is the perennial OKW vs BWV vs cost argument.

Could someone spare a moment to check availability for Feb 17-22 (Sun-Thurs) for a one bed at OKW, WLV and BWV standard or preffered

It will offer me some insight on the notorious 7 month window and help...I think... my decision

Just hung up from MS. Here's what the CM said re availability for a 1 Bdrm, Feb 17 -22:

BWV - no std view available
BWV - preferred has 1 Bdrm available for 17-18, 20-22. Night of 19 is not available, but you could use the waitlist

WLV - have night of 2/21 only

OKW - have availability for 1 Bdrm (not a lot left, though)


Just thought I'd mention that this might not be a very good "test" as Feb 18 is a U S Holiday - President's Day. Many schools have that week off - in fact, Disney considers that week peak season.

I have been trying to ring MS ( without being a member) and they are not having it.

Interesting that Disney Vacation Club sales inform me that all dates are available.......

I guess...never trust a salesman....even a DVC one

The dates are available, at OKW. Also, if/when you buy thru Disney, they are often able to pull some strings to get you your first reservation as members even if the resort is supposedly 'full' (I'm not sure if they transfer back a room that was to have been saved for a cash ressie or what, but somehow they find the space for you!).
