We leave on 2/10 and I don't suspect I'll be cashing anything else in prior to that so I wanted to post the final numbers for everyone. I must admit I'm kind of bragging :D because it was a whole year of work but I also want this to serve as inspiration to those of you just getting started. Here's the tally:

Pointclick: Two 4 Day Hopper Passes ($380 value)

Freeride: $340 WebCertificate

Beenz: $200 WebCertificate

MyPoints: $100 Rainforest Cafe GC, $ 50 Mobil Gas Card, $ 40 Romono's Macaroni Grill GC

AllAdvantage: $ 35 Cash

Clickrewards: Approx 14,000 Miles (enough for free tickets when added to our existing FF accounts)

More.com: $50 Planet Hollywood GC from promo

Capitol One: $15 Web Certificates from promo

Saturn $25 Web Certificate from promo

WebCertificate: $ 5 for opening account

Plus, we got the WL at a 20% discount with our Disney Club discount & a great deal on the rental car ($150 intermediate for the week) with our BJs club discount.

I'll be savoring every moment of my Deluxe Resort vacation and I hope all of you have tremendous luck working toward yours!! 16 Days to go...Woo Hoo!

I've cashed out all my programs for Christmas items, so I'm starting over for our Disney trip. It's a shame the programs are so bad right now. Unfortunately, I got stiffed by $250 by pointclick. I was hoping to use that for my Disney tickets. Well, live and learn. Have a great trip.

I don't understand what you are talking about. I also love to save money, but I'm afraid I'm totally in the dark about all this. Would any of you be so very kind to let a Newby in on these savings tricks? We are planning to go next Jan. 2002, so I'd have a year to work on it. I will be ever so grateful! Thank you! Do you mean the Disney Rewards Forum? I'll go there now! I didn't even know there was such a forum. I just started watching this website in Dec. Thanks so much! Saving money makes WDW even more magical! Pomcoach :D

Great savings! Just wondering how much time went into clicking.

MartDM

I'd say I averaged about 1 - 1/2 hours total per day. I spent about 1/2 hour when I was having my morning coffee doing the ones that were more advantageous to do first thing. Then I would click for an hour while I took my lunch break.

I did spend some extra time here and there on weekends doing some signups for extra points but, over the course of the year, that probably didn't amount to more than 5 hours total.

I was lucky that this was during the prime rewards time; all the programs were fairly quick and very lucrative.

WoW! That's a lot of dough :)
You should be very proud of those accomplishments.

I was wondering how you got the GC for Planet Hollywood from More.COm.. I Order through them all the time and have never seen anything more than free shipping.

Enjoy your vacation!!

We will be there Feb. 13-23!

Thanks for all the congrats everyone; I'm pretty proud of myself I must admit :D

Lynn CC - the More.com promo was from a year or so ago. They were offering a $25 GC from GiftCertificates.com/800GiftCertificates.com with a $25 purchase. DH & I both made purchases of drugstore stuff we needed anyway and each got a GC. We turned them in for Planet Hollywood gcs.

Tiggerific -
I was wondering the same thing about your Milesource earnings. I just started that program to earn some Marriott GCs for our next vacation. I've found the earnings to be sort of slow. What are we missing?

Milesource used to be a lot better. We used to get about 65 pts a day. Like the rest of the programs, it kind of stinks right now.

I think I know how Tiggerrific ended up with so many points (if I'm wrong, please correct me) :)

When a lot of us first joined milesource, we could get about 75 points a day. Then when powerdime closed down, milesource gave us points for what we had at powerdime.

Also, don't forget that on just about all of these programs, your family members can join too! I look at it this way, if they want to go on the trip bad enough, they can click right along with me! With milesource, you get a % of your referrals points.. right now, I am getting 30 points in the click fix, and then another 15-20 per day just on my referrals.

My whole family (we have 4 adults here, only 2 of us and one child is going on the trip, but the other adults are eager to help with the clicking.) has been clicking for this trip since last august, and so far we have:

Freeride: 2 five day parkhopper plus tickets
Milesource: $200 RainF. Cafe, $50 planet hollywood, $25 Ghirardelli's Chocolate
Etour: $40 Pizza Hut
MyPoints: $30 Olive garden and $50 Gas Cards (we are driving down for the trip)
Beenz: $250 Disney Dollars
Greenpoints: $80 Burgerking (for the trip down and back)

That can not be it I have been with Milesorce for almost a year and Did PowerDime from Day 1 so did my DH and we do not have those kind of totals. And Tiggerrific says she has only been doing Milesorce since Sept.that is only 5 months! I just want to know what she is doing cause I would like to get the most for my time also.

Will you please tell me the correct web address for pointclick? I tried www.pointclick.com (http://www.pointclick.com) and got nothing. Thanks for all the wonderful surfing tips.

PointClick is Bankrupt and they ran with all our money only this week they have sent out forms to submit for money owed but I do not expect to see any of the $560. they owe me.Sorry.

I would love to earn some hopper passes by just clicking around. I joined Beenz so I could get a Rain Forest Cafe certificate but, don't know about these others.

Any info would be appreciated.

Going 12/20/01 do I have time to earn free stuff?

Sorry I'm replying soo late but I just noticed this thread again.

I got $200 in milesource with my account & my DH's account. That was when we were getting about 65 points a day.

DH is my referral so that's an extra few points a day for me.

I was doing Powerdime before they shut down and had over 16000 points there. When they shut down, I was able to get 1600 Milesource points (they had a deal where you could convert your powerdime points into milesource points).
Those 1600 points was another $25 gift certificate for me because I cashed out before they raised the rates. It used to be 3500 for $25, 4500 for $50, 6000 for $75 & 7500 for $100.

I know, we should move this to the rewards board but......

On milesource you can also do the "jumbo gets". Certain times they have rewards for registering with sites. One week my son signed up at 3 different sites and earned either 250 or 300 miles. Also everyone in my family, including mom who uses our computer does the trivia. I'm the one who got them all started so who doesn't win at trivia? Me! The other 3 won 250 miles each in the big contest.

For each of you to do the trivia you will have to clean out both milesource cookies in between the log-ins. Otherwise the questions won't pop up. They currently give 3 trivia prizes per day.

Last year when we went to Disney, we stayed at Courtyard in DD for 7 nites (AAA rate) and only paid $65 in cash. (FreeRide)

A ton of gas cards-Mypoints

Meal at Bahama Breeze (it took over an hour so they only charged us for the kids food) which then resulted in another free meal at Red Lobster in St Augustine.

New Golf Club at Bass Pro (near Universal). FreeRide $160 worth.

Plus $35 Rainforest Cafe and a ton of others that I can't remember but I know we had Subway, Wendys, etc.

(FreeRide was better for me before they canned the credit card points this month-I have switched to the Mypoints credit card as of this week when it arrived)
