I was finally getting to the gym everyday, starting with upper body weight training along with me 3-5 run, but now I have a broken foot. Being in the middle of the holiday season I am extremely worried about putting on the weight. I was thinking about getting a pilates tape to use. Any other ideas?

I'm sorry to hear you broke your foot. I think pilates is a good choice while you recover. I hope it doesn't slow you down too much. But don't rush your recovery, better safe than sorry.

Does anyone have any favorite pilates DVDs that I would be able to do? I dont have a hard cast on, so its not difficult to lift my leg, I just cant put any pressure on it.
