New user

Hi everybody,

Just wanted to say that I am a new user. I joined DVC last August when I went on the Land & Sea Vacation. Boy was that a well-worth-it trip!!!!!! My home is VB which I will be going in August for 4-days and then heading for OKW for 8-days, CANNOT WAIT!!! My whole family is excited and are counting down the days. This will be the first time that we will using our points. After reading other messages regarding the "sharks" at VB you guys are scaring me as I have (3) small girls that love the ocean. Are there alot of "sharks" at VB, is there something that I need to be concerned about?

Also, is there anything I should know before going home for the first time?

Looking forward to a great DVC time and chatting with other members!!!

I think the Vero Beach area is pretty well known for it's shark population but that doesn't have to ruin your vacation plans. Just use common sense and obey all posted signs.
By the way, Congratulations on your recent DVC purchase and Welcome to the DIS! :)
