I find that no matter what I eat, it makes me bloated. I can get up in the morning and my stomach is somewhat flat and then within an hour of eating breakfast, I kidd you not, I look like I am 6 months pregnant. It's frustrating while trying to lose weight. So I did a search online about bloating and a product that got good consumer ratings was Aquadrene. Has anyone heard of this? I found another board that mentioned Oprah using this and recommending it.
I guess what concerns me is that while at Wal-mart today I asked where their water pills were and they were in the diet pill section. That didn't make me feel very comfortable. I don't want to use them to lose weight, I just want to stop looking pregnant by the end of the day (kind of hard explaing to DD that no, I am not having another baby).
Any suggestions?
