Vero beach land sale?

Went to look at the resort when we were at WDW. What parcel of land did Disney sell? And to who? It looks like it is still under the Disney name.

I'm not sure whether a sale has been made but it is/was on the market. Original plans were to develop a large tract of land on "the other side of the road" from where the current resort is. The original size of the resort was to be 436 units. There is a parking lot, tennis courts, basketball court on that side of A1A and the tunnel under the road cost about $1 million. Whether the area where these facilities are located is included in the "For Sale" property I'm not sure. The resort, as it is built, is not for sale and continues to be owned by DVC. I think that there are also a few acres on the waterfront side that may or may not also be for sale.

I saw one parcel of beachfront property advertised in a real estate magazine $4 million for about 3 1/2 acres of beach front property - looked like it was a little north of Disney at Vero.
