My mom makes this every year but I forgot to get the recipe for it and she is away...can someone tell me how you make it?

I don't have a "recipe" but this is what I do/did (DH hates it):
Cover the giblets with water, bring to a boil & simmer. Put the giblets in the blender with a bit of the broth. (I usually toss the gizzard - too much inedible stuff to bother with.) I do pull some meat off the neck - but I hate doing it, so it's not much. Add Wondra flour to some broth from the pan & whisk until smooth. Pour all 3 back together & bring just to a boil so it will thicken.
I use Wondra because it is easier to mix w/o lumps...and that way I don't need to use butter to make a roux.
I know mum4jenn mentioned using hard boiled egg in hers on a thread on the CB. Maybe if you PM her (if she doesn't see this thread) she'll share her recipe.

I am not sure if this is considered true giblet gravy, but here is how I make my gravy.
I throw all the giblets (all the things you pull out of the turkey including the neck) into a pot of water. I toss onion and celery and carrots in. You don't need to chop them, I just quarter the onion. Toss some parsley, salt and pepper in and let it simmer. I generally let this simmer for a couple of hours, sometimes adding a cup or so more water during the cooking time.
I then use the liquid in the roasting pan with the drippings from the turkey.
