I ordered some FIRM tapes and love them. They...work! Atleast for me...anyway. Well, in the intro of the tapes I have, it tells you that you can go to www.firmdirect/vip or something like that and use the password they give you for a 30 day free trial into their VIP clue with message boards and such. You get access to the trainers and stuff like that....

It dosen't work...does anyone know why...or what I'm doing wrong? A PM would be fine, but I'm very frustrated! The password they give you dosen't even fit right??? Odd!! Thanks!

Seriously, with all the FIRMERS here, nobody knows the answer? Hmm, well...okay then.

Hi Leah,
I know nothing about it, but I hear your frustration. Did you try emailing customer service at the Firm site? Good luck!

Hi there,
I joined last year and it worked fine for me. They have a toll free number, you might want to call them. I love the Firm, and I enjoyed the website for information on how to use the tapes. Some of the people are a little catty, unlike the friendly people here on WISH and the DISboards.

Honestly, I don't think people were not answering your question on purpose. Probably nobody who knew the answer had read your question.

This is the first chance I have had to respond to your post and unfortunately I don't have any answers for you. I didn't like the concept of the "free" 30 day trial because they wanted a credit card number to activate your membership. I don't feel if you are truly giving me something free that I should have to use my credit card number and then if I don't like the service then I have to have the hassle of contacting you to prevent a monthly charge from appearing on my bill once the free period is over. So I was completely turned off. Not to mention I belong to the Firm thread on WISH and lcf so I get all the Firm info I need for free for real!

I hope you can figure out how to log on to the Firm believers site.

Something that I did enjoy about the FIRM believer's website was that you could ask the the stars of the video's things and they would have audioriums where you could ask them questions live. If you had a question about something specific you could get some great advice. They also would have articles and other things that I did love. I actually think I may try it again when I get back into FIRMING (VERY SOON!) I really miss it!
