Hiya

Well I go to wdw thursday (well to the airport thursday fly friday) and guess what?

I rang Lunn Poly to see if my universal studios multi day tickets had come in, got a resounding NO, then lunn poly rang keith prowse to see where they were, turns out they wont arrive till friday 26th, the day I will be flying so obviously no good

So I have just had to argue with lunn poly to get my money back and now I am stuck with no pre purchased universal tickets so I am starting to panick. I got my money back though.

So does any one out there know how much a one day islands of adventure ticket is and how much a one day busch gardens ticket is? as we have decided to not buy the multi day one now

I am just upset that keith prowse has messed me about with tickets that have been booked for six months!

Anna, I'm so sorry to hear about your ticket problems :(

I think the entrance to IOA is $54.75 (print at home voucher option) for adults. Busch is$53.95 according to the respective websites :)

Why the *^%!* do Keith Prowse do this:mad:

It is now well known they send their tickets out at the last possible moment, leading passengers and trravel agents (who have known this for a while) to have to give false (early) departure dates to get their tickets:earseek:

We should be contacting Keith Prowse to complain, maybe they'd reassess their service::yes::

I think that the multiday is such a bargain compared with gate price. but I would say about the $60 mark with tax.

If you want your tickets befor the 26th try attraction tickets direct they are very helpful and will let you know if they can get them to you in time. And cheaper than Keith prowse too :)

have a great time whatever you decide

Another option would be to order online from Ticketmania - I believe you can order and arrange to pick up your tickets from their office in Orlando.

Ticketmania (http://www.ticketmania.com)

Hope this helps !

Another option is you could see whether there are any deals on the Universal web site (www.usf.com) and order your tickets on the internet, picking them up via the electronic pick up option. All you do is put your credit card into the machine near guests services and you can collect your tickets there. I done this last year and it worked a treat.

Hiya. I agree with what WDWFOREVER has posted above. Also, I used Ticketmania to order some last minute tickets. They will deliver to your hotel as well so that's always an option. Hope this helps and sorry to hear Keith Prowse mucked you about, it's awful :(

Don't forget if you are an AA member, you get 10% off ticket prices at Universal on the door . . . and they often run really good deals this time of the year.

I won't use Keith Prowse again because of this, but hope you get something sorted out. Enjoy your holiday:tongue:

Hiya,

That is absoloutly ridiculous. I cant believe they did that. Who are you flying with? We never booked any tickets with Keith Prowse coz we always have been worried about this particular prob. When we were on the plane they were offering Disney and 5 days flex ticket on the plane you can pay in dollars, sterling or card.

Hope you get it sorted and send a horrid letter to Keith Prowse I hope they offered you any discounts or compensation for this.

Have a great time.

Regards
Michelle
