I was just wondering how long all of you here think the perfect honeymoo length would be. Im thinking 6-8 days. But of course i want mine at WDW where it would take at least 5 hehe.

We arrived on Sunday and left on Saturday. We were ready to go home and start our new lives at the end. It didn't feel short at all. I would have departed on Sunday instead though, that way we could see wishes/spectromagic one more time before we left though.

We honeymooned for a little over a week after our wedding. When it was time to go home we were both ready to go home, but we also both agreed that we should have stayed a couple days longer.

Our wedding is on 15th at Disney, we then fly home to the UK on 3rd Jan, so we have 2 weeks and 5 days (3 at Clearwater).

My honeymoon is going to be very short, but trust me it will still be the perfect honeymoon;) ;)

This is what we are going to do: stay at WDW for 1 week, come home and regroup for a few days, and then fly to the Caribbean and stay at an all-inclusive for 1 week (either Jamaica or Curacao--we haven't decided yet). So, that is a 2 week honeymoon! WOOHOO!!!!!! Now I just have to wait 11 months to experience it!!

We had 10 days of honeymoon - 2 at Disney with everyone still there from the wedding, then 7 on a cruise and one more at Disney before we flew home. The only thing I would do differently was to take a couple days at home before we started back to work. Of course we were there for 4 days before the wedding too, and that was a lot like vacation even with the things we had to get done (license, rehersal and dinner). Without those days we would have wanted a few more days at WDW after the cruise to see and do the things we love there.

Long as you want.

Ours will be 4 days. Love to have it longer but we are lucky to have a honeymoon at all because of the cost. I'm happy with it.

Be grateful you have one and enjoy the one you have. There is no such thing as the perfect length.

Our honeymoon was five years ago tomorrow... We spent 15 days at the Wilderness Lodge. It was a long luxurious trip and luckily we split the cost with my dad.

We were glad to go home but both agreed that we could have stayed another week!

And five years later... we still talk about it... often.
