I know I have seen this website before that rates all the restaurants. Could someone post the website for me please?

Im not sure of the website you are talking about, but we have some ratings and reviews right here on the Dis.

No, that wasnt it, it was one that actually rated the restaurants with stars (i.e. 4 stars, etc.) and by price.

Although it's good to use this type of information to get a "feel" for the menu, price, etc. it is no substitute for going to the eatery and trying it yourself.
Every family and individual's taste is different, so I'd be careful to limit decisions to dine based on any guide.
If you and your family want to go, then go--it may be the best meal you've ever had!
It always amazes me how DH, DS, DD and I can eat at the same place, same table, yet have completely different opinions of the meal.
