Does anyone have an email address for Disney Dining????

I cancelled three Food and Wine Fest events while at WDW and two of the charges appeared on my credit card. I have cancellation numbers for each event cancelled and the name of the person to whom I spoke, so I don't feel that there will be a problem getting the credits. I would just rather email than call.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated, Cindy:bounce:

I cancelled one event and it showed up one bill after I thought it would show up on.

Its interesting that they gave you a cancellation #. When I cancelled, the CM just said to use the ressie # as the cancelation #. It didn't make sense and I'm glad I didn't have any problems.

You really have to watch Disney with their refunds. One of mine for a changed resort ressie took me weeks to straighten out - it somehow disapeared between CRO and accounting. If I hadn't kept on them, I would have been waiting for a refund that never was coming. So watch those statements carefully!

I, on the other hand, couldn't stop the refunds from coming from last year's F&WF. They first credited our credit card, then about 2 months later we got a check in the mail!
