This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the cross trainer.

Who's next ???

I walked for about 70 minutes and did 40 minutes of weights, abs and stability ball exercises. :)

4 miles in 29 minutes! Plus some upper body weight tranining :)

I did a mile and a half on my threadmill in the evening.

I did two workouts on Wednesday, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 40 minutes) and Curves after work.
