DVC membership information and video

Does anyone know how long it takes for the video and information package to come in the mail??? Can you tell I am anxious. It's been over a week and I am tired of checking the mailbox for it.

hi: i can't remember the time it took, but you should see it soon. read the frequently asked questions here and that will cover most of the basic info. if you're really concerned about the video, call your guide.

Mine took over a month. If you ordered online try calling dvc and asking them.
