Hey everybody! Hope you all have been gobblin' up success!! :cool1: We are so close to our Thanksgiving target...it's only 10 days away! That just seems so unreal, time has flown!
Here's our updated list... We've got one WISHer that has already met their challenge goal (Way to go, July!! :jumping1: ), and several other challengers are VERY close to meeting their goals! Our little group has lost a whopping TWO HUNDRED & SEVENTY ONE pounds!!! You guys rock!! :rockband:
Cheryl N. WI 5/12
Princess Michelle 4/30
Steve's Wife -0.5/20
Who's ready to kick these last 10 days into high gear & get these pounds off??!! Join me if you are, because it's all onward & downward from here my friend! :thewave: We can DO it!!!

Oh my! I have some good news! I didn't lose any weight, but I didn't gain any!
I know that sounds silly, but DH and I have been in PA visiting a (very) sick relative and my dad was in the hospital here.
So, we've basically been eating out every day for the last two weeks! I've worked hard at being a good girl and despite the fact I haven't lost, it's been a huge success for me!
Hope the Whoosh Fairy visited many of you this week!

I'm down 1 more pound this week. I forgot to report my gain last week but I lost it plus an additional so I can only add 1 to my total. So that gives me a total of 5lbs. lost for the challenge. :)

Congrats LOSERS and Maintainers! ;)
I lost 3 lbs this week, mainly due to being sick I think, since I went over my flex points by not cooking as much for myself, and relying on take-out chicken to sustain. However it happened, it happened, so I made my Goal, and went over!!! NEVER expected that so late in the weight loss game! I'm at 12/10!! (Thanks to Tiffany for carrying over the totals, since I forgot where I left off last week - I've been  lately)
OT, Personal note: I am 1/2 lb LESS than I was pre-preggo with my DS, who turns 17yo next month!! So, I haven't seen this weight in almost 18 years!!!!!!! And, I am 1/2 lb AWAY from my initial weight loss goal of 70 lbs! (More goal loss to be added later I think, at least another 5)
These final losses are really the BIGGEST, for me anyway! ;)
Here's WISHing for maintaining, at the very least, over the Holidays for me.
May we ALL enjoy this Thanksgiving, and the following Holidays, a few lbs lighter than we were, before they start! ::yes::

Well, I have lost one more pound so that puts me at 4/10.
I know I will not make my goal but I am just happy to be back on my program
Thank you disneyfan551 for getting me back on track!
I lost another 2.6 pounds this week for a total of 16.4 pounds. I have achieved my original goal of 15 pounds, but am shooting for 20, so I have 3.6 pounds to go!!!!
11-16-2004, 12:45 PM
I lost 2.5 pounds this week. Only 1.5 pounds more to reach my Thanksgiving goal!
11-16-2004, 03:11 PM
Well I never did report my "gain" for last week. I gained 2 pounds bringing me down to 2.5/15 and I didn't get to weigh in last night due to car trouble. So I don't know where I am this week. I have gotten back on track the last two days so I am expecting a loss next week. It doesn't look like I will be meeting my goal for Thanksgiving. At least I can say I have lost some weight. I would be more than willing to join any challenges for Christmas that may come up.
Congratulations to those who have met their goal. Weigh to Go!!
Wishing everyone a great week!!

Tera...Sending out a big CONGRATS for meeting your goal!! :jumping1: Way to go, girl! It's that positive attitude of yours that helps all of us! Here's hoping you meet your new goal too! ;)
Thanks Tiffany and thank you for doing this challenge. I doubt I will make the new challenge since I just realized Thanksgiving is next week and I'd have to lose 3.6 pounds, but I'm going to try and get as close as possible.
We need a new challenge;) ;) ;) Maybe a Valentine's Day Challenge :teeth:
Come on Ladies, only 7 days left!!!!!

Today was my last "weigh in" before our trip and I stayed the same again. At least I didn't gain!!! So I am 5/12, better than nothing and I hope I don't gain it all back on the cruise!!!
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Making slow progress; down 7 pounds total for challenge. Not as good as I had hoped, but not as bad as it could be (after getting off track a bit). 7/18.5

Tera...If you start the Valentines Challenge, I'll be right there with you! For my dh & I, it will be our 1st "new" anniversary! He surprised me with a vow renewal this year on Valentine's Day, so we have a new day to celebrate! :lovestruc Not to mention, that I'm in this weight-loss game for the long haul, I've got at least 70 pounds to lose, and I'm really working towards our cruise in October! :boat:
Cheryl N. WI... Good luck staying OP during the cruise! I know how very hard it can be, as that is when I fell off the WW-wagon last year! I continued going to the meetings, but just couldn't get motivated again. Stay positive!!! :sunny:
MickeyMagic... Don't beat yourself up! You are here, know where you "need to be" & have lost weight! You have accomplished great things! ::yes:: Sometimes, we may jump onto lofty goals, but it's better than having none! Way to go!! :cheer2:

I got my 3rd star yesterday!!!!!
Putting me at 15/25. I am happy with that!
Now I just have to watch next week and while we at in the WORLD!!!! I am taking my pedometer. I just want to see exactly how much walking I do there.....
Oh look at my count down
11-18-2004, 08:46 AM
crzy4dals... Congrats on getting your 3rd star! :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: I can't wait to hear how your pedometer worked at Disney! Have you been planning on where to eat? Are you trying to stay OP while at Disney? We will be going in 2 weeks, and I'm really nervous about it! I slipped a little from the wagon last Dec. there, and by my April trip, I was completely off the wagon! Any suggestions would be helpful! ::yes::

No pounds lost this week, but I did lose 1.25 inches so Ill take it!
11-19-2004, 02:54 PM
LIFERBABE... Losing 1.25" is great!! I'd take it too! :teeth:
I lost 2 more lbs. this week, so I'm 13.2/15! Not too bad! ;)
Where's everyone at????? :wave2:
11-22-2004, 09:48 AM
I'll just post here until a new thread is started. ;)
I'm down 1.5 lbs this week, for a challenge total of 13.5/10!!
Grand total 71 lbs gone!!! New clippie time! :sunny:
Congratulations Kim on reaching your Thanksgiving goal and getting that new clippie. It looks VERY nice on your :sunny:

Way to go Kim! I was looking at some pictures the other day from DISconII and there was a shot of you in there and I was thinking about the ones you posted recently. You have accomplished so much, it's absolutely amazing! Congratulations on reaching your challenge goal and the new clippie. :Pinkbounc :bounce:
11-23-2004, 12:30 AM
Thank you both! (Yikes PM, DISConII? :earseek: ) ;) I see you're both catching up though! Weigh to go! Onward and downward! It CAN be done! My thanks to ALL WISHers who have been here for me, for support, for challenges, for 'DIScussing'. It's been the glue that held me together, I swear! ::yes::
I thought this morning that I reached my original goal of 70 lbs lost, but when I went to WW online, I see that I chose a weight rather than a loss, so I'm ONE lb away from that weight! I may try for a few more to reach the WW range, but for now, I'm pretty happy. :teeth:
After 45 weeks, my average is 1.57 pounds per week. This doesn't look that great, but the slowing down brings the per week/loss average down. Hey, it's lost, it's gone, and who cares? I DO!!! :hyper: (It is a loss rate that WW approves of though) ;)
Sincerely, thank you ALL!! :grouphug:
Wow I stepped on the scale and I weighed 160 pounds. My golly that means I have lost 13 pounds in this goal. My goal was only 8 pounds so I went over and gained a 30 pound clippie to boot.
Yippie:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

That's fantastic July! Way to go! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc
I will in no way, shape or form reach my goal for this challenge but so far I managed to vanquish 8 nasty pounds during it and maybe I'll squeeze by with 10 by the time Thursday gets here. :teeth:
