Just came back from our first trip ever. Our 13 month ds loved:

Dumbo
Peter Pan
Winnie the Pooh (loved this)
Buzz Lightyear
Tomorrowland Transit Authority
WDW Railroad
Magic Carpets of Aladdin
Haunted Mansion (not for every baby)
Pirates of the Carribean (not for every baby)
Jungle Cruise

It's so hard to know their reaction so I would start off on a short ride like Dumbo to see their reaction and start from there.

did you bring your own stroller or use the wdw strollers for your 13mo old? we are going when our dd will be 15mo & i don't think she'll stay in a wdw stroller........no straps, right? (can't remember!).

I'll chime in here. We brought our own stroller, and it's the best thing we did. It's a Maclaren that folds up easily, has a strap for carrying it, and was small enough to manuver easily through the crowds. We also used it at the resort and DTD when we had a lot of walking to do. My son is almost 4 but we'll be bringing it back in Dec. just in case.
