I know this may not be the place to ask this, but....

How do I add a picture of my twin DD's to the bottom of my posts?

I always enjoy looking at everybody else's pictures!!

first, you need to put the picture on a website that allows you to link it back here. A lot of people here have used imagestation, photobucket, webshots to name a few.

Once you've uploaded it in (let's say imagestation), double click on the picture. This will open the pic in another window. Right click on the picture and click on properties. Highlight the entire address of the picture (the one that starts with http: and ends with .jpg) and right click and hit copy (ctrl-c)

Come back to the DIS and edit your user profile. In the signature box, paste the address you've just copied by hitting ctrl-v in the box. Add ** to the beginning of the address and and ** to the end (without the *s)

Just remember, you're picture must be no bigger than 400x400 pixels. If it's too big you'll need to make it smaller. If you have problems sizing it, email me the pic and I'll resize it for you.

Thanks so much for your quick response!! I will check out those websites to post my picture. I think I have one that will fit under those pixel amounts.

Okay oogieboogie - somehow I've gone wrong!! I thought that this pic was small enough, etc, but somehow it's not going through!! When I put it in my profile, it didn't tell me anything was wrong.....

You didn't put the *'s on the tags at the beginning and end of the string. Maybe that will fix it. but I am not sure.

the first tag is supposed to be [IMG] you have [imp]

OK, wrong link. You need to go to your storage bin first, then double click the pic. Then do the next steps.

How come it's not as clear as your picture? I probably know why, it's because that picture was a wallet size and was "clouded" for effect!!
