Okay Tyler, I know you're lurking about somewhere out there.

Anyway, I want to know what express or easy checkout is again. Whatever it's called.

I'm using travelers cheques for the room account. I'm planning on going to the front desk the night before leaving :sad: and verify the amount is $0.

Now, what happens next? I vaguely remember reading something that a hotel (oops, resort) bill will be placed under the door at somepoint. When is it dropped off?

If the bill shows $0. When I call the express checkout on the phone, what does it say? Is it automated?

They say the bill will be on the door by 9 AM. If you agree with the bill you don't have to do anything.

We always get the bill the night before because we have a very early morning flight.

When you go to the front desk the night before to settle the account, you will receive a copy of your bill then. As long as everything looks okay, and balance is zero, then you're good to go the next day by 11. You may also recieve a duplicate copy of that bill on your door the next day. Regardless, as long your bill has already been settled, you will not need to stop down to the front desk.
