We all know about the hotel/car deals, but did you know you can get air discounts on NW or Continental? I just scored 15% off 3 tickets to London.
I won't detail the restrictions here, (I'd be typing forever), but if you have a book and those are possible airlines for you, do check it out. The discount is 5% from their hubs, and 15% from other airports. You can use the deal for up to 4 trips on each airline, for up to 4 tickets per trip. It is good on some discounted fares; you don't have to pay full-fare to use it.

And does everyone feel it's worth the cost?

Shirley - go to www.entertainment.com (http://www.entertainment.com) to get an idea of the savings. You can order the book online, and bookstores sometimes carry it too.

Yes, we received the 5% off our two airlines tickets to disney in march thru the entertainment code in the book (NW airlines). Our travel agents had never heard of this discount when I told them about it. They check with NW and were surprised to have it confirmed.
When you purchase a Disney Club card, can you get these Entertainment discounts too? Or are the discounts with the DC only for hotels?

Does the discount work for all published rates, or only certain fares. I am asking this because no point getting a 15 % discount if it is based on the full unrestricted fare.
As for entertainment book, it is definitely worth it. The National coupon alone more than covers the cost of the book for me, everything else (meal discounts, theme park discounts are just bonus)

... and they allowed the discount. There are some date blackouts, and a couple of really deeply discounted fare classes you can't apply this to, but it is NOT limited to full-fare. The fare I got was 21-day advance, Sat. stay required, non-refundable, and I gave them the discount code after they quoted it. No problem at all.

I looked at the link that NancyIL gave for the books, but it doesn't give examples of what restaurants are included. Are any of the resort restaurants included? Could you give me examples of offsite restaurants that would be inlcuded?

You can browse available coupons on the Entertainment website. Just enter the city/state or zip on the main page. On the next page, click the "View This Book" link. On the left will be links for different coupon categories. Hope this helps!
