Another question about PSs.

We'll be staying at the Wilderness Lodge Dec. 18th-26th, and are hoping to be able to eat in the restaurants there at some point in our stay. Do we need to sit down and decide when and make PSs for those, or will we be able to just go?

During a slower time you could pretty much show up (except dinner). You can make a PS from your room the day of, or even the evening before. It does mostly depend on your group size too. We just returned last week and did make a breakfast PS for a party of 8. Glad we did because the line was long at 8:30AM when we arrived. When we were there in July (WL) we showed up for breakfast every morning and had no problem for a party of 3 (we do however, arrived at openning/7:30AM)

Whispering Canyon has had a dinner crowd anytime I've ever seen it, and that includes slower times of the year. Keep in mind with your dates crowds are going to be picking up quite a bit, and it will be packed by the last half of your vacation. I would make a PS for all the sit-downs I wanted to eat at for those dates because of this. It might even be too late by now to get the times you desire.

I'm not sure about the earlier part of your stay, but if I were you I would definitely make PS's for the 24th on. I have seen many people on here post that they are eating at one of the WL restaurants for Christmas Eve or Christmas day. We're arriving on the 23rd, and from everything I've read, I have made a couple PS's per day for our entire stay. Have a great trip. We'll practically be neighbors. We're staying at FW. :)
