Days Inn Eastgate

Does anyone have some thoughts on the Days Inn Eastgate? (5245 W Irlo Bronson)
I found a greate rate ($28 a night). I don't mind staying at economy hotels, as long as they are clean and safe.

I do not recommend this hotel at any price. Perhaps it has improved since I stayed there in 1996, but I doubt it.
