Someone said something about the rate reverting back to $179 if you make it a package. Does buying Unlimited Magic passes make it a package?

As far as I understand Unimited Magic Passes are just another pass option (as opposed to hoppers or annual pass) It only becomes a package when you get the flex features added on (free breakfast, family portrait, etc.) Call and ask.
