I can't believe this hasn't been asked, but I did a search and came up empty. I'm probably using the wrong search terms.
Anyway, what can I expect for crowds during the week of February 6th. Will I miss FOTL if I don't stay onsite? I probably will be in the parks during the week, not on the weekend.

Crowds are still very low in early February, you should be fine without FOTL, particularly since you'll be there during the week. Crowds will pick back up with the arrival of President's Day which is the beginning of the Spring Break season.

Yeah, you probably did use the wrong search terms, because I tell people February is the best month to visit all the time.
Go near the end of February. Temps are 55-75. You'll need to wear two t-shirts in the morning, long pants, or a light jacket. Some mornings it's 60 and you can wear shorts. In the afternoon, the temps warm up and you can go on the water rides. I've ridden Popeye with my shirt off and survived. Yes, the water was freezing cold, but I put my shirt on afterwards and it was ok.
Crowds are so light, they don't even have the express machines on. In the morning the place is a ghost town, but don't let that fool you. In the afternoon, more people show up and the park comes alive. Only thing is, the park closes at 6pm, so you won't be going back to your hotel room to take a nap. That's ok, you stay in the parks for the day, then go to dinner at night.
Once you visit in February, you'll be spoiled, and think it's like that all the time. Enjoy the short lines, because it's not always that way at other times of the year.
The weird thing is, HRH is booked solid for the beginning of February.
