Entertainment Rate Question

I have read several posts that say you must provide your Entertainment Card if you get that rate. The 2005 books that they sell in the Atlanta area do not have cards anymore. So what do you show to prove you are eligible for that rate should it come out?

I've never seen an Entertainment Book without a card. My 2005 Phila. book still has one. How do you use the "fine dining" section of the book without the card then? Are you sure the card wasn't missing from your book ?

I thought the card was missing so I looked in all the other books & then asked. It seems like you call in a Credit Card for the fine dining section. With the Credit Card you can use the discount more than once at any of the restaurants.
