Uhoh - ok ive had my treats - now its time to stop before I sabotage myself
I had some leeway so I enjoyed my treats- had my taste now its time to stop
took DS out trick or treating and now there is quite a big bag in the cabinet
Ahhhhhhh - tell me that was enough and to STOP!

hoping i can get back on track in the next few days
did quite a bit of walking today (25,000 steps) so hoping that counterbalanced some

back to work tomorrow - back to fruits & veggies

It's OK, you can stop now! You'll feel so much better if you do!

Remember that nothing tastes as good as thin feels!

I am soooo glad Halloween is over!!! It's been a bad two weeks for me. My birthday was last week so I had a party last Saturday, plus there was the celebration on my actual birthday and then more this weekend. i guess any excuse to go off the diet.
I also started working days again, but i plan to go back to the gym and redo induction of Atkins for 2 weeks to jump start myself.
And most importantly mo more CANDY!

as soon as DS goes to school Im taking the chocolates and putting them in the freezer!

DH is having the guys here Sat next wk (13th) to play their Halloween D&D game.
That day's also my birthday so for now I better take a break, get back on track and then I can enjoy the day.

And youre right "nothing tastes as good as thin feels" That helped get me to goal - thanks for the reminder
