david lee roth at hard rock on new years eve

hi guys
the name is sudip and im from england- we are coming to orlando for xmas and new year and will be staying at the royal pacific on dec 28th for 4 nights- i hear that Van Halen's very own David Lee Roth will be performing live NY Eve at the hard rock and the tickets include a gourmet buffet champagne toast and great rocking to the great man- who on earth do i have to contact directly to purchase tickets for this great event because i have rung universal directly on 3 occasions today( halloween of all days- maybe because they are scared of brits!) can anybody give me relevent phone numbers ( for direct contact instead of a crummy automated machine saying the same thing)- we will be ternally grateful- as this is a one off trip of a lifetime for all of us

It looks like it is part of the citywalk new years eve.
I checked ticketmaster and they list tickets for $116
Maybe others more familiar with CityWalk NewYears Eve events.

Dave Lee Roth will actually be playing at the stage within the NYE citywalk event and not the Hard Rock which usually has a seperate ticketed event. Full price tickets are just over $114 with tax direct from Universal with the discounted AP ticket $94. Tickets are on sale now from Citywalk Guest Services. Not sure of the direct telephone but this was the information given to me last week at Guest Services.
