Old Disney Tickets [Archive] - The DIS Discussion Forums

I took my three daughters to DisneyWorld in 1990. We didn't use all the days on the passes that we got. We have two tickets with two days each on them. My question is, will I be able to use them when I take my grandkids next year. They are childrens passes and not sure if they have to be used by the original holders or if they can be transferred to other children. Since my daughters are all in their twenties and can't use the kids passes, I'm not sure if they would still honour them. Can anyone help me with this.

Supposedly, Disney tickets never expire. But, if you have any doubts, I would call Disney directly and inquire through them.

Sure your grandkids can use them. The only stipulation will be that you can only use then at the parks that existed when you bought the tickets. You will not be able to use them at AK.

I knew they didn't expire. I just didn't know if the grandkids could use them, since they were originally bought for my daughters. Thanks for the tips. Will save even more money for my trip next year.

And actually, you'll be able to use that at any of the four parks-including AK.

Thanks for the tip. I know that I also had an old adult ticket from the trip in 1990 that they just converted into a new format one and I was able to use it at all of the parks. Well that will save me quite a bit. Instead of buying a five day hopper for each of them, I can buy a three day pass instead.
