My husband received an offer from his employer to join the DC for $29.99. We have planned a trip for April, and already have reservations at HIFS. I plan on eating breakfasts and late dinners at the hotel, and eating lunch at the parks. My question: What real benefits would we get from joining? Is it worth it? We are trying to do this on a budget, so any input on whether or not the savings would justify the cost would be greatly appreciated!

you will get discounts on park admissions,
discounts at disney eatrys
as well as orlando area eatrys and even in your town!![with the entertainment book logo on the back of the card]
the logo works for hotels all across the USA[except orlando]
THE DC card makes joining AAA cheaper,
waives the FEE for emerald aile card.
the Discounts change almost monthly.
there are discounts at resorts depending on when you are going
and Shopping discounts too!!
You can definately save more than the $29. the DC costs!!!IT saved me $900. on addmission to WDW

I was planning on buying three day bounce-back passes--would there be a discount on that? We are already members of AAA.

The bounce-back tickets are already discounted, so no further discounts. The Disney Club card won't help you much on this trip. You can get discounted park hoppers at your local AAA office, and AAA resort discounts are the same as with the DC.
If you like to shop at The Disney Store, want the Disney magazine, and would use the Entertainment discounts, then it's worth considering. Go to www.disneyclub.com (http://www.disneyclub.com) for more information.
