off peak dinner times?

Since some parks close around 6 or 7 during off peak times, do they adjust dinner times too? What is the latest time you can eat ? Or is the last dinner seating the worst because they rush you to finish?:wizard:

Well, if it's an in park restaurant, get the latest seating you can. You might even call again right before you leave or once you get there as sometimes the parks are open an hour or so later than published. No, they won't rush you out. Or at least that's not been my experience.
