i'm trying to focus on spending $ for lunches & saving at night on the dinners. Do any of the restaurants (particularly at Epcot) have early bird specials? Thanks.

The lunch menu stops at something like 3:30. The dinner menu starts at 4:00 or something. But the prices are consistant - there is no deal for eating dinner at 4:00 or lunch at 3:15 - but if you had a late lunch at 3:15, you could eat off the lunch menu for much less than the dinner menu 45 minutes later.

I do not recall ever seeing early bird dinner specials at any of the Epcot WS restaurants. The lunch menu hours vary slightly at the different restaurants...some as early as 3:00 or as late as 4:00. And you can almost always get a better price for full course luncheon over the dinner menu. At one time, I made a 4 o'clock lunch PS and saved about $10 pp on our menu choice, over the same meal on the dinner menu. Of course, that timing, and the savings were the exception, but it can be done.

This past summer we ate alot on late lunches 3-3:30 at almost half the price if you came an hour later for dinner. We ate the mexican rest, while it was very good, enjoyed the scenery and all, it's not worth the dinner prices. It was about $60.00 for lunch for 4 of us. The Cinderalla castle was excellent for late lunch, we saw the dinner menus getting set up at double the lunch prices.
Next year we are again going to do the late lunches.:D
