Need help!
Based on all the comments on Dis, I narrowed it to 3 towncar companies for my 1st WDW trip next week. It will either be ***********, Prestige or Southern Elegance.
 Need to decide this weekend...:confused3
Have you used any of these companies? what are your comments? preferences? any bad experiences?
Thanking you all in advance for your help! :worship:

We used *********** in June and they were great from first contact to end of the trip! I'm very big on communication and they responded to all my emails very promptly - some within 1/2 hour. Gregory was waiting for us at MCO and we did the 30 minute grocery stop at Publix. The driver on the return trip was on time and very professional and courteous. I had done a lot of research on here too, and found all positive reports of ***********. We were extremely pleased and will definitely use them again! Hope you have a wonderful trip!

*********** is the way to go. We used them in April and the service was outstanding. I definately recommend them and I think you would be very pleased with ***********!!!!

We used *********** in October and they were great from start to finish. They were comparable to the other companies, website was easy and telephone communication was great. I prefer paying by CC'd so I have a record but IIRC you can pay in cash if you prefer. We did the grocery stop and the driver took us to a publix that was not crowded and reasonably priced. I only needed 20 of the 30 minutes and the driver offered to help me pack and ice the cooler in case the room wasn't ready - above and beyond IMHO.
I was traveling alone with my two young dd's, he helped with the luggage although I had it covered I appreciated it. On the return trip he flagged down a bellman curbside to help me and the check in was smooth and easy.
I will use *********** in the future.

I'm going to echo what everyone else just said. I just used *********** for my trip in October and they were fabulous :) I wish I could remember the drivers name he was very curteous and professional. It was just my mother and I and he got our luggage off the luggage claim belt and he carried the majority of it for us. We had a grovery store at a Publix by Sea World and it was very nice and clean inside and he waited inside for us and pushed our cart outside and loaded everything up. I would reccomend *********** to anyone. The retrun trip was just as nice too :)

it looks like Im in the minority but we used Prestige and had a great experience..
This was the first time we used a Towncar and I surprised my DH for our 25tha nniversary (I had asked if they could write Happy Anniversary along with out names and that was no problem!!!)
everything was great. On time our driver Ray was very nice and talkitive.
The car was very clean and nice.
I was very worried since I was planning this on my own (expect for all the help I got from this board I thank you all I couldn't have done it without you)
The cost was $85 RT $5 off if you book on line plus tip
all in all for the first time doing this I was very pleased!!!

We used SE in March and couldn't have been happier with the service before, via e-mail, and at the actual time of transport. Quick, accurate e-mail correspondance; prompt, friendly, competitively priced service in FL, with a spotless limo.
It is nice to read good comments here about several companies; sounds like you wouldn't go wrong with any of them.

Thanks for all the comments! Still undecided and problem has been compelled by reading very good comments on Murray Hill last night, which for some unknown reason I hadn't even considered...will make a choice sometime today...I hope!
But as Mobetsy says, doesn't look like I would be making a bad choice with either one of them.

Based on the positive comments about MH, and lack of response from Tiffany Towncar on my existing reservation... on Friday I canceled my Tiffany reservation and made one with MH.

We just returned after using Southern Elegance for the first time. They were wonderful. Arrived ten minutes early for pick-up in a beautiful, spotless limo that was equipped with cold drinks and touch-controlled DVD or radio! Helped with luggage even though it was not necessary and was more of the same at our pick-up at the port. I highly recommend them!

Just a word to say that I booked with Murray Hill. Here's my experience.
The gentleman was there to pick us up at baggage claim and he was very friendly and helpful. The towncar was comfortable and clean. We had our grocery stop at Publix. When we got to the resort, I paid the amound 80$ (85$-5$coupon) by credit card (proof of purchase in case of problem I thought) and gave him 10$ in tip. He confirmed the return time and gave me his card. I did confirm the time the day we were leaving. It wasn't the same driver and this time it was a woman and DM wondered how she'd handle the luggage but she did fine. She was very friendly and we talked a lot during the trip.
All in all it was a good experience and I have no hesitation in recommending Murray Hill!
