We have a 3:00PM PS for the Ice Cream Social on 11/25. There will be nine of us.....four adults and a 7, 10, 11, 14 and 15 year olds. Only one of the kids is a boy, the 11 year old.

We will be at Epcot on this day and were planning on going to take a break and head to Beaches and Cream for dinner. We will be using the quick and casual vouchers.

I am beginning to think we really don't need to go to the Ice Cream Social. Seeing the characters won't be a problem, we are already going to CRT, PSB, CP and Chef Mickeys.

What are ya'lls opinions....should I just cancel the PS?

TIA,

We did the ICS in May and loved it. But I think that if you're going to BC then that would be too much ice cream. Also we were full for a long time after the social and had a very light dinner. If I had older children who wern't that interested in seeing the characters I would skip the ICS.

The ice cream social is fun and I am really glad we did it but you may want to consider doing it on a day you are not going to Beaches and Cream.

Took my DH & DS (3) to the ice cream social @ Epcot earlier this month! It was way too much! None of us even came close to finishing. If you're doing Beaches and Cream that same evening, I'd lean toward skipping it as well. The one plus is due to the smaller setting there was much more one on one character contact than say at a larger more open venue like Chef Mickey's character breakfast. The social is a great deal for the money, I think it was only $6.99 per person, not too bad compared to what you'd pay for any other character meal.

DONT CANCEL!!!
It's a great way to see the characters at a cheap price. I really enjoyed the experience and cant wait to go again in a few weeks time. Last time I went there were very few people and everyone got alot of character interaction.
ENJOY!!! :hyper:

We went last year. You see the same characters that you would see everywhere else. We ended missing a couple of things that we wanted to do by having to stay for our reserved time.
