I made a PS for O'hana's for 7:30. I just found out the fireworks at the MK don't start until 9 pm for that evening. Should I change the PS for later? Should I just keep it the way it is and watch the fireworks from a different location. I welcome feedback and suggestions. Thanks.

I would keep the 7:30 priority seating. By the time you get seated and get your drinks, it will be close to 8 pm. That gives you an hour to eat and relax. Make sure you request a window seat when you check in. They won't guarantee it, but if you are early, tell them you will wait for one.
We made our PS for about 1 1/2 hours before Wishes and it worked fine.

Two weeks ago we also had a 7:30 PS at O'Hana and the 9:00 Wishes started just as we were getting dessert. The timing was perfect!
If you by chance finish early you can always walk down to the beach and view them from there. Though you most likely will still be there at nine.

Can you watch Wishes from Ohana's? I made a 5:50 ps for Nov. - Wishes is at 7:00. When I made the res. the CM told me you couldn't watch it from Ohana. But others have said you can. I'm confused. Should I change my res. for earlier and then head to the beach and watch or am I OK with what I have. We are traveling for the 1st time with our 4 year DS and I know we all really want to see it. Thanks.

We watched wishes from ohanas in july, I requested a window seat, on check in the young man said is 5 feet near enough? I jokingly said well nearer would be better and he moved us to the central window seats....... wonderful view of the castle and the fireworks.:Pinkbounc  :Pinkbounc

I already have a the dinner package with Hollywood and Vine. I have heard great things also about Illuminations, but my little one doesn't nap anymore and I think would have a melt down at that time of night. Maybe we can convince him to take a nap. I've never seem it before either and would love too.

We saw illuminations from the firework cruise boat, it was a wonderful experience and if your little one is in a pushchair there is plenty room onboard for it so if he falls asleep he will not need to be disturbed. It was great to share our boat with a disser also, as from the UK it is almost impossible o call at the correct hour to secure a boat, there seems to be an art to it!!!
We had the H&V dinner package and the food was really good, in fact the best we had on Disney as far as we were concerned.:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc
