Christmas ressies at Hilton Head?

I am thinking about doing that deal where its 99 a night + 1 free night for the 2br and you take a tour. Anyway, I was wondering if anybody knows how booked it is ( should i make ressies soon?) Also, are there any special events the week between Christmas and New Years (Christmas activities, fireworks, etc.???) Finally, does anyody know how heated the pools are (70 or 80) and will i be able to swim in December. Thank you so much for the help.

On a good day, daytime temps will be in the 40-50's and nighttime in the 20-30's. I'm not sure how much swimming you'll want to do. I can't answer the other questions.
