Car rental Question

Is there a National car rental office in the Swan/Dolphin. Will be using a car service from airport to BWI. Would then like to walk over to Swan/Dolphin to rent a car. Any information on this would be helpful.

Yes there is. In the Dolphin I think. It does have limited counter hours (basically like an 8 hour day or so), which could be a problem if you want to pick-up rather early or after 5pm or so.
