I think it means either "Lots of Luck" or Lots of Laughs".

LOL is laughing out loud. ROFLMOL is rolling on the floor laughing madly out loud. ROFLMBOF is rolling on the floor laughing my b*tt off. Hope this helps decipher things!;)
