or rewards that can be redeemed at Disney Resorts? I want to start planning now for our next trip!

No, there aren't any credit cards like that.

The best ones that you can use for Disney vacations are ones that allow you to save up airline miles if you're flying or ones that give cash back. Points for gas would work too if you drive down, but it can be hard to find a particular kind of gas station sometimes on the interstate.

You can get an American Express/Starwood credit card that gives 1 point per dollar. Since Starwood owns the Swan/Dolphin, 10,000 points gets you a room for 1 night - 40,000 for 5 nights.

The Starwood program can also get you upgrades when available. Here's the link:

You can redeem Amex points for WDW vacations. Quite a lot of points though.
