I sold an item way back in September. We mailed the item out on September 7 and it arrived at it's destination on September 10. The customer claims that she did not receive the item, but when I plug the delivery confirmation number into the USPS website, it says that it was in fact delivered. I've tried to e-mail her and my e-mails come back. DH tried to call her to get this taken care of and no response. So, what happens next? I want to eBay a lot more stuff to earn money for our trip in December, but I don't want my account frozen over this. So, what will eBay do or what do I need to do? Please help! I am so frustrated about this.:(

If you can't get in touch with her, then just register a complaint with ebay so it's on record and your account will be safe. They don't freeze your account over one negative feedback! As for the person, I would send her the confirmation that it was, in fact, delivered.

Ebay will never freeze your account unless you don't pay them your seller fees LOL. The only people who will freeze your account is Paypal. And if you have a DC number paypal will take your side.

Do you think I should continue eBaying or should I wait until this matter has been cleared up? Like I said earlier, I still want to eBay for Disney, but I don't want to have Paypal freeze my account and not be able to get that money.:confused3

You don't have to worry about your account at all. You can continuing selling. Just make sure to file a complaint with EBay on this person. You have the delivery confirmation so there's no problem. If the person didn't buy insurance, that's their fault not yours. You fufilled your obligation and even went further by trying to call the buyer.
Don't let this one discourage you, keep selling your way to Disney!
