Warning!! They are on their way!!

Cheerleaders. Our cheerleaders from Choctaw High School in Oklahoma boarded their chartered bus headed for Orlando and the competitions there. I want to wish our squad Good Luck, but I wanted to warn everyone that they are on their way. Gerri

My DH is a Choctaw grad ! Good to see another Okie here. We live in Moore ,hoping to be tornado free this year.

Best of luck to the CHOCTAW High School Cheer Team. I am sure they worked very hard to get where they are going.

we were at Disney the past few days, and while we only did MK, I found all the hype about "oh no the cheerleaders" to be not true at all. They were so harmless and we didn't really see that many! They seemed to be having fun and I feel bad that they get all the "bad press" on this forum!

We encountered the cheerleaders Friday night at the MK. No big deal...they seemed to be having a lot of fun. Tons of extra busses were on hand to get them back to the All Star Resorts. (Where I was very happy NOT to be staying). Saturday morning found the cheerleaders at MGM some in their uniforms, some not. Lots of them in curlers. The streetmosphere characters were having a lot of fun with them. My only complaint was that some of the groups tended to chat loudly through pre-show presentations.

My sister and I were at disneyworld a few years ago in March. We saw many cheerleaders, all very nice and well behaved. We asked when the competion was and returned to MGM just to watch them. We had a blast and felt that it was a great way to relax during a warm spring evening. I might add that we were both part of our highschool dance team and so the memories of our experience was fun. Just knowing how much work those kids put in to get there is inspiring! Good Luck to your team. :)
