Room request for HRH?

Hi i will be at the hrh in 30 days...I am very excited ... just wondering how to make a request....my sister will be along and recovering from cancer.... I would like to have a room that is convienient for her.....i just have garden booked...should i request to be near elevator or lobby floor....or ground floor...and how do I go about requesting...i booked at 1-800-be-a-star...do i call them or the HRH or email or fax....what would be the best way..thanks..amy :wave2:

i would call the same number that you booked with. As far as location goes, i would think as close to the lobby as you can get would be the best. HRH is kinda spread out (IMO) and its easy to get lost.

And please tell your sister congrats on kicking some cancer butt!! you guys will have a great time :)
