OKW Boat

I would love to visit OKW and look around. It would be fun to take the boat from the Downtown area. Where would I get the boat and if I'm not staying at OKW would I be allowed to do this?

The boat from OKW to DD may be boarded at the marina outside Hospitality House. The boat is not part of the WDW Transportation system- it is part of the OKW resort recreation program- and is really for OKW resort guests only.
If there is no crowd waiting, there will usually be no problem getting a ride, but they often will ask people if they are OKW guests during busy times- especially for the trip from DD to OKW.

The boat from DD to OKW can be boarded next to the oyster bar(I believe its Capt Jacks) right behind the Rain Forrest Cafe, there is a pier and you will see signs for OKW and PO. I believe the boat leaves about every 20 minutes or there about.

Thank you OKW91, I hope to take the boat to OKW on my next trip home. I have heard so many nice things about OKW that I want to see for myself if this would be a good place to possibly add some points. Thanks again.:wave:
