I was lucky enough to get a Clear Channel $50.00 gift certificate for $25.00. Now I was wondering what are everyones opinions on this restaurant? What is good and/or bad here?
Thanks,
Jan :sunny:
It's a very good restaurant, although nothing we've had "sticks out" in my mind as exceptional. When we are at Disney, it's eithier HOB or Wolfgang Pucks for me when I am sick of park food.

The Elwood sandwich is, IMNSHO, the best chicken sandwich anywhere. Bring an appetite, portions are immense.
Kungaloosh!

I also got two of these. :teeth: We haven't been to HOB in Orlando yet, but if it's any where near as good as the one in New Orleans, we can't wait to eat there in December. :)

We love House of Blues. I had there jambalaya last year and it was great. We always start our dinners with there rosemary cornbread, it is so good.

Sorry, but this was the only meal we did not enjoy on our visit 2 years ago. Maybe it is being from South Mississippi and being used to getting authentic cajun food but it was pretty bad. Our waitress was very slow and inattentive. When she finally brought our food my shrimp etoufee had no rice in it. I had to call her back and she said, are you sure? I said yes and stirred it to show her. She finally brought a bowl of rice to me. DH got meatloaf and the portion was very small and did not fill him up.
