curves--calories

as some of you guys know, i joined curves last week..i was just wonderinf if there is anywhere to look to find out about how many calories iburn in a workout there...this would be helpful when planning meals..thanks!

Jen - I know they had it posted on of the times I was at Curves. Ask someone there. I'll try to remeber to ask at mine too.

duh... a very close friend manages a Curves. Since it's nowhere near me, I didn't think to ask her. A quick e-mail and what do you know? 500-600 calories per workout.
