Just back from quick stay at Portifino!

We had a very nice stay at this resort. The convenience can't be beat and the boat ride (or walk) is lovely. I can't say enough good things about the FOTL access, what a perk. The hotel was stunning. My only possible down side was that it was almost too upscale, my son did not get the nice friendly, relaxed feeling that we love in Orlando. I can't think of a better place for adults to stay! Thanks for all the good advice. BTW I got a good ent rate of $186 and they didn't ask me for my card, I had one, but didn't use it once.

My son and I went to PBH alone together on our first stay and he felt as out off place as spats at a barbeque. We have been back several times and each time he seems to be a little more comfortable but he and my daughter, both, would rather go to HRH or RPR.
I stayed Entertainment rate at HRH once and I hadn't received my card yet so I told them that I didn't have it with me and they didn't care and gave me the reduced rate without it. I have never had a resort look closely at my Annual Pass either when I get those rates. I wonder if they look at AAA very thorough?

They asked for both of our ENT cards at PBH this past June.
