Today I did 35 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the stepper, 15 minutes on the aerobic glider and 40 minutes swimming.

I did 30 minute at4mph on treadmill then did 15 minute hill climb on treadmill.

I ran 3 miles this morning and then lifted weights for 30 minutes.
