I am about to buy either APs or PAPs for a family of 4 and was looking around for some free money. I see a lot of ads for credit cards with 0% APR on purchases for the intro period. I was looking at Amex Blue or Amex blue cash, both advertise up to 15 months depending on credit review. Anyone made an attempt at doing this? Any other cards that offer something greater the 6 months 0% on purchases?

I have both Blue and Cash. I like them both and I really use them only for balance transfers. They offer a 1.9% APR usually in June, that is when I complete the balance transfer to this card. CASH did have a 12 month 0.0% APR that I had when I first got the card. After that it went up to my current APR of 8.99%.
